Caritas Rwanda Youth Strategic Plan 2023 - 2030

This strategic plan proposes interventions that tackle the key challenges and risks the young people face. It recognizes the heterogeneous nature of youth across the country and different challenges they face which are hinged on their ability to cope and offset these occurrences. It therefore addresses issues related to Youth and Pastoral Engagement, Economic Empowerment, Health and Wellbeing and Information & Communication Technology (ICT). It further focuses on management and coordination of youth interventions as well as networking and partnerships among all stakeholders.
